John Gibbs is the founder and president of Mint Media Agency, a web design and development consultancy based in Maryland. Since launching in 2010, John has led Mint Media in delivering high-performance websites for national and regional brands in industries ranging from e-commerce and online ticketing to environmental services, non-profits, healthcare, and more.

With over 15 years of hands-on experience in WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify, John brings both technical expertise and creative vision to every project. He works one-on-one with every client—from strategy and design to build and optimization—offering a uniquely personal approach that larger agencies often can’t match.

John’s design and development process is agile and collaborative, building live rather than working from static wireframes. His focus is on conversion-driven design, clean architecture, and scalable solutions tailored to each business’s unique goals.
